Eating Psychology Coaching and Emotional Release Coaching contrary to what might come to your mind first, is not about making dietary changes and focusing on what food you’re eating. It is about getting curious about the behaviours you may have around food or the symptoms you might be experiencing in your body and finding the root and being able to process it.

I work mostly with WHO you are as an eater, the state your mind and your body is in when you show up for a meal and the environment you’re eating in. And I also work with how your life might be influencing your food behaviours and your body symptoms. Our relationships with money, with work, with parents, with ourselves, with spirituality, with sexuality, with success or failure all can be reflected in how we behave around food and how we make choices about food and body. Getting curious in these areas, finding the root and applying the emotional release technique to process these life experiences is where many people get the most success in changing or improving their relationships with food and with their bodies.
